Found an application ^0 whose name is that of a worm, but not set to autostart.  Delete it?

Found an invisible extension ^0.  Should I delete it?

Delete the actual application too?

Application ^0 on volume ^1 is set to autoplay.  Should I fix the boot blocks so that nothing is set to autoplay?
